Conrad Waite knows that buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions of your life, and he lives to make that process go as smoothly as possible. He uses his 25+ years of coaching, management, and customer service experience to help guide his clients from start to finish. Conrad is a Certified International Property Specialist, meaning he is trained to work with International Clients and can help you look for a home anywhere in the world. He also has extensive experience with investors, new construction, vacation homes, first-time home buyers, and the luxury home market.
Conrad effectively uses creative marketing, cutting-edge technology and excellent communication and negotiation skills to get his clients to the closing table. He is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of all his clients and educating them throughout the home-buying process. Conrad is a valued member of the Pittsburgh Business Exchange, one of the premier networking organizations in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and a former board member for the Pittsburgh Young Professionals, one of the oldest young professionals organizations in the country. He is thrilled to spend time mentoring others and has developed excellent business relationships and a great reputation by helping others grow their businesses.
Conrad graduated from Shady Side Academy and cum laude from Duquesne University with a degree in Theology, Philosophy, and English. Post college he spent years in the restaurant industry, working his way up from bar back to general manager. He has spent his entire career in customer service and thrives on providing great service to each and every one of his clients. When Conrad is not working for his clients, he is the head coach of Duquesne University’s ACHA D1 Men’s Hockey team. He is also an avid if unimpressive golfer. He works closely with a number of nonprofits in the Pittsburgh area, including the Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, and a number of animal shelters and rescue centers.
Conrad resides in Shadyside, in the City of Pittsburgh, with his wife and two sons, and their dog (Fenway) and two cats (Gordie & Gretzky).
